Not well attended. Not many booths.

Rumor has it, if it was a poor showing this year, it would not be back next year. They give them three years to get to the numbers. Apparently Atlanta was cancelled too.

There was a neat new Buell display though. Very well done. rex

I was there Sunday. Not really much to see. The Buell display was great, Ducati had its usual setup, didn't have as many Ducati girls as there were in the past. The historic bike display was cool, supposed to all local bikes. A very nice Laverda, a bunch old Ducati's.

Some real young guy had a 1965 Bonneville TT on display, in pretty much race condition, not much in restoration other than the tank. Loved it, in those days I had a T100C that raced in the TT's around SoCal, (Elsinore, Perris, South Gate, etc). I miss that bike.

I did get new set of Big Ears ear plugs.

Don't think it will be back next year. An excuse to ride over to Long Beach for a couple of days

demo rides on sunday were full by 10 a.m.,and there were way more demo's this year. i agree the buell booth was great, but i went looking for a deal on some apparel and only a couple of sellers w/not much to choose from. i believe this is the 3rd year for it, first year there was all kinds of vendors, last year about twice this year. at that rate it'll just be a bunch of bikes in the parking lot. lol. still had fun hangin' out w/ some of the other bwb'ers. btw- 10.25 for a dog and a soda. ouch.

there was a clothing vendor, english, that had some British coats. they had the old style jackets, waxed cotton style used in the old days. hard to find them now. he said that they only produce them for one day. Since movie stars are wearing them in europe, the price of the jackets have sky rocketed, and sell for three to four times as much in europe as here. interesting guy. he also said that the davida helmets have lost their importer to the US. Anyone hear this? rex

Belstaff and Barbour were the big names in trials and enduro wear, great stuff, smelled like crap. They were really water resistant, didn't have to have any rain gear if you had either of those. I got a belstaff jacket in the mid 60's and finally had to throw it away about 10 years ago. I think it was about $70.00 when I got it and is about $500.00 now.

I hadn't heard that about the Davida Helmets. You still can get one from the Ace Cafe in London. Their website has a bunch of great stuff including the famous white silk scarves.

i stopped there. the guy said all british gear is more expensive b/c in england, you are required to ride in full gear. nice stuff, out of my budget. don't know if it was true or not. sounded like a british idea.
