Chase, thank you for coming down here to be a part of this, it was cool to finally meet you.
You have, by far, the best looking Buell among all of us, and it ran really well- You'll get that trans squared away.
Enjoy the shirt, hope you wear it to HH5, which will be pretty huge, being our 5th .
Expect two days of very spirited riding through more forested, out-of-the-way terrain, sort of a 'best of' of our present routes with a few new terrain surprises tossed in, and an end-party bonfire, etc., where we'll supply the chow and suds.
and, yes- for the 5th we WILL reserve a building at Bear Mtn., as we'd discussed (but decided against) for this past weekend.
HUGE thanks to Johnnylunchbox & NinjaSue for the morning eats, and as well to JLB, Hammer, Fritz and Gomo for the great routes!
Big ups to MikeXLR for putting these miscreants up at Mikestock, too.
What a great tradition.
Bear in mind, today's participants, that our best road, route 218, was closed due to mudslides, (much as perkins drive was closed for emergency leaf removal) so the route planners had to run plan B.
Typically, our run has begun with a VERY spirited twist up the mini-dragon along the river....
Hard to believe the route we took this am was only a plan b!

Another AWESOME weekend in Hudson Valley!

Thanks to the ladies supplying the eats can drinks Saturday and Sunday mornings...they wouldn't even take donations or tips...MUCH appreciated.

Mike and family - couldn't ask for better hosts! Thanks for having me!

We had a great ride both days (even if Saturday's 200 miles were cold and wet...I wouldn't have missed a mile of it)!

Can't wait for HH5!

Thanks all for the planning and running of the event!

What's-up bitches ? I had fun today and can't wait 'till HH5. Just got showered and settled after 200 some-od miles on the Buell, and 21.4 twilight miles on the Cerve'lo. I was gonna stop at 15 but The Dead Kennedy's made me forget all about stopping.

Hey Court, I think you have some footage of a UFO. Look close at the 5th pic you posted. I think it's trying to land/perch on the handlebar.

Tramp, I have an extra pair of glasses you can have. I mean come on. My bike is sooo the best looking Buell out there.

Many thanks to all who were involved in putting this run together. Well done.

Back to work(BLAH!), Thanks again to the HVC and their hospitality. It was great to meet some of you folks for the first time and to see some familiar faces again. Tramp, glad to finally greet you face to face. Great job on route B planners, even though leaves and traffic conspired against you it still was a blast. HHR will be a permanent addition to my calendar as long as it continues and you good folks will have me. Oh and great pics to all who took and posted them, thanks again.

Looking forward to it... Had a great time...

I need to find a way to get this thing into the basement...

ONLY problem with THAT... once it goes in.. it will probably change... AGAIN...maybe..

It was cool to finally meet you too Tramp..

JP... I left something in your tank bag... I will grab it sunday..

I think, the NEBO guys will find some good roads for the HVC crew by spring.. for a spring run? You know.. return the favor...

Well, at least try...

You are correct, NO injuries to report. That above all was my priority one. Glad all had a good time and maybe next time my run wont be in a downpour.

What a great day! I want to say how much I appreciate all the planning and work that went into making this happen. From planning the route, to having hot coffee and donuts ready, and even setting up the refreshments THREE times in the morning! I had a great time. It's nice to have people from the Cape, Long Island, Dirty Jersey, Albany...man, all over the place, get together and ride. Can't wait until the next one.

as always, a fantastic ride and great time at hh4, nothing more exhilarating than a spirited ride in the pouring rain! what a great route, saturdays ride was unforgettable, sundays ride was awesome as well.
thank you very much for your unbeatable hospitality, from the breakfast, to the meeting places and even the reset-up on sunday was seamless. wow and what a relief, seeing one of our nebo members catch up to the group ticketless! and i just kept looking for a donation cup, but all my offers were refused, such generosity! thank you all for all the parts you played to make such a nice weekend!
thank you drew (doz), the host with the most, for putting up with greg darren and i.

The only reason I didnt correct him... he said BUELL... if he said bike, I would have to bow out to Fritz'z GORGEOUS Ironhead... THAT, at least as far as I am concerned, is the epitome of what a bike is/should be...

I'll tell you what though.. I was diggin' that fact that your bike LOOKS used hard... as it is..

Let us know how to get at those "T" shirts. Both the 07 & the 08's. I'll take one of each. I suggest that everyone who enjoyed HH4 consider buying one of the 07 shirts as a kind of back-door way to contribute to this fine production that doesn't seem to allow contributions.

I am still P/O'd I didn't go both days but I still haven't gotten the bike straightened out I thought it was OK I may have cracked a coil or have something waterlogged I changed both plugs and wires it ran fine for about 20 min in the shed but then started missing again will look some more Wed night
Once again Tramp, Hammer, Mike, Fritz Johnnylunchbox,Thank you for your efforts. The support and ride sheets and the hours of time you all put into this event really show from making fire pits to preriding the routes to dounuts and coffee. The rest of the HVC and Nebo guys were great it all adds to make the headless horseman what it is.

I have money for a shirt for this year, maybe 2...

I know a Redhead who likes to steal my t-shirts when she does laundry... I might need to find a med or sm from last year for her as well...

SIR Tramp is the keeper of the shirts....

I know math is hard but I'm thinking that HHR #1 was three years ago. Right ? Assuming that the first was indeed the first one and it didn't go like this; HHR, HHR1, HHR2, HHR3, HHR4. Help please.
