Yeah, at that point his tax plan didn't even resemble what it does now. He didn't have the two tiered cap gains tax then. He's changed it after every debate. It's actually much better than it was, but it calls into question if he has any idea what the hell he is talking about. | ||

I know I need to pay taxes. I want infrastructure and cops and schools. I just want a politician that has some friggin' clue about numbers and economics. How can people that are that smart be so damn clueless? Some of this stuff is really basic for an adult to understand. If you guys read Barak's tax policies a year ago you'd shit. | ||

What do I not understand here? The desire to create a welfare program where individuals have no shame or stigma attached to the receipt of the money. If I receive food stamps, I might be a little embarrassed. If I receive a tax rebate check from the IRS, well, that is just fine. | ||

If I owned a very profitable business and my taxes increased I would just increase the price of my product and or lay off some people or cut benefits if possible. So as a profitable business Iam not going to hurt too bad initially but the people who buy my products will pick up the tab. | ||

The real bummer is that McCain came up with that mortgage buy-out plan out of the blue. I pulled his sign out of my yard for about a week after that. Has McCain announced when we should quit paying our mortgages so that we can cash in too? Why shouldn't responsible and conservative homeowner tax payers get rewarded with everyone else? | ||

That $300B mortgage buy fiasco he came up after the polls showed that socialism was gaining traction for Obama. I HOPE that part of his financial plan is a lie. I voted against the Republican Senatorial candidate, Lame-ar Alexander for his vote on the bail out package. I voted independent. Don't even know who the hell the guy was. | ||

In the second or third debate he started blabbing about spending $300B to revalue mortgages to current values for those that couldn't make payments. None of his economic advisors knew it was coming. Romney said it blindsided him. I'm still voting McCain, but with much less confidence and enthusiasm. | ||
