I now work for a multi-line dealer that sells Suzuki, Triumph, Ducati, Bombardier, and Sea-Doo after having been at an H-D/Buell dealer for four years.

It's a refreshing change, but it's quite frustrating to pretty much start at square one after having established a pretty good knowledge base with Harley, Buell and their dealer systems.

Hopefully I'll be getting that Supermoto I've wanted sooner than later

Need any Triumph history - I know it intimately.

Hey DD (Slight hijack)

I've been meaning to ask you - any experience with the Sprint ST 1050? I'm seriously eyeballing an '08.

Thanks

I would so abuse the hell out of a Triumph Scrambler... Big dirt bike with ground clearance.

I have a 2002 M2, but I love the Yamaha XT600 I just bought. It's good to be well rounded!

Those Yammer dual sports were great bikes. It's a shame they dropped the line in the U.S. I think the later TTR600's are gorgeous machines.

I seriously rate the 1050 sprint. i like the sportier first incarnations better than the latterly more touring oriented but it could be the best road going motorcycle engine.

The triple has some of the good things about a twin and a multi in the one package.

They benefit greatly from a suspension upgrade.

overall - top bikes.

Well, one thing that hasn't changed is that I'm still surrounded by guys that are hatin' on the Buell

Ikeman, don't worry about it. My threads are belong to all.
