I'm going to Detroit this weekend for a friends bachelor party and I'm in charge of planning the festivities. I've already reserved the champagne room at bouzoukis. What I need are some suggestion for a hotel and a good, guy type restaurant, preferably near greek town. also some cool daytime stuff to do until its time to hit the town. Thanks for any help.

Whenever I'm in the Detroit area, I always try and a BD's Mongolian BBQ. There's more than one around.

Well if you like greek food, there used to be a great Restaurant down there called the Pegasus, no lie I ate there a few times, good stuff. If you are into Hockey there is the Hockeytown cafe.

There is also a ton of nice eateries in the Ren Cen. Motorcity Casino just built a big new casion/hotel you could check out. There is also the Hard Rock cafe, but I never liked any Hard Rock so I have never been there. There is also a cool BBQ joint down Michigan Ave I forget the name but it is just past the old Tigers stadium I know it has a train on the sign.

And just across the border in Canad the strippers, cough sorry the ballet dancers are totaly well lets just say sans tutu.

feel free to give me a call after 5 and I could throw dwon some more suggestions if you need em...

Red Light District? Tell him where that's located.

Especially what corner is best for the cheapest price per lb.
