Tramp,
As I stated before, on most things I agree with you. On this one however, I reserve the right not to.

As in Georgia, Texas law states an intruder is an intruder and can be dealt with accordingly.

My personal rule of thumb, Man or Woman.. Teen or Adult knows better than to be in a house without being invited and therefore accepts the consequences, whether it be a beatdown, popped in the head with a (insert favorite object here) or infused with hot lead.

That is not a "bitchstate" rather a common sense rule, which is a whole other topic.

Tramp,
Funny how you just focused on the shooting part. I thought you said you fight with your hands? What part of beatdown doesn't involve a persons hand?

You lost me, SR-

I would gladly administer a beatdown to someone who hit my naked, unarmed teenage son in the head with a weapon.

I've promoted both a beatdown and using hands, as they're one and the same-
You lost me.

and, by the way, You ALWAYS have the right to disagree, and to argue your point.
That's why we live here in the greatest f*cking country in the world.
I respect your opinion and your argument

We posted essentially the same thing.

MY big (and only) brother lives in Ga. (he's a damn yankee), has two teenage daughters (god bless him) and would more-than-agree with you...
he just knows my sense of humour a bit better.

A lot of you guys don't have teenaged daughters.

My daughter is not teenaged, but I tell ya, a young man in my house with out my permission after lights out. Is gonna get his ass beat. I would definitely pursue the whole trespassing, curfew, parental neglect avenue with children protective services. Especially with him only being 14

My daughter is being taught right and wrong. She gets my attention, we have Dad and daughter days out. Sounds corny, but taking her shopping for cloths, zoo, breakfast, festivals or what ever she wants to do is an ounce of prevention in my book, and it keeps the lines of communication open.

With all that said I also don't have any illusions, Basic rules on Cell phones, friends, grades, curfew and Dating. BTW same thing goes for the son.

There is a difference of generations working here. We have the guys who were brought up to respect others and we have the younger generation that is only concerned with self gratification. Sneaking into a teenaged girls house after the parents are asleep is ok, he was only looking for a little tail and he probably would die if he didn't get some.

give me a break, You guys can't possibly believe that the boy was in the right????? in the late 70's a guy pulling this stunt would have been beaten if by the the father of the young slut and then by his father when he got home.

Oh that's right most boys now a days don't have a decent role model.

Lost in Ohio said "My daughter is not teenaged, but I tell ya, a young man in my house with out my permission after lights out. Is gonna get his ass beat."

Yes, an ass beating MAY have been warranted. As always the media leaves out about 95% of the truth. A pipe to the head is deadly physical force (ask any LEO you know), and as such was totally unnecessary, as would be shooting the poor f**ker (chuckle) full of holes, regardless of the right to do so.

Easy to talk about killing someone, but the cost to body, mind, and checkbook is tremendous.

I have a young daughter and feel this is a two way street. She allows him in and THEY perform this deed together. Now, I'm not saying this is right. Hell, I would be totally pissed. But, use of a pipe is unwarranted. I think a few well placed kicks in the ass as well as a sit down discussion is warranted. I tend to think I would know the difference between rape and or burgalry. Having been in the service and had the power to take a life has taught me one thing. I dont want that power ever again. IF I HAD TO. Yes it would happen all over again. But, I tend to see things differently now that its happened. It is one thing to say you'd kill someone. To actually pull the trigger is yet another story alltogether. Its NOT something that is easily lived with. An ass beating to teach a lesson, I can live with that. Ya'll be safe, ride hard.

Officials: Dad finds naked boy in daughter's room, hits him with pipe

By PATRICIO G. BALONA
Staff Writer
A Deltona father ended up in jail Thursday after finding his daughter's teenage boyfriend naked in the girl's bedroom and hitting him with a pipe, sheriff's officials said.

Raul Colon, 45, didn't even know his daughter had a boyfriend -- or that the youngster had been sneaking into the home for more than a year. So when he heard noises coming from his daughter's room early Thursday and saw a naked stranger standing on the girl's bed, he swung a metal pipe he had taken from the garage, hitting the 15-year-old, according to a Volusia County sheriff's report.

Colon was charged with aggravated battery on a child but was released from jail later Thursday on $10,000 bail, a booking officer said. No one answered the phone at Colon's residence Thursday for comment.

According to the report, Colon heard the noise in his daughter's room when he got up at 4 a.m. to let his dog out, as he does every morning.

Colon told deputies he chased Lucas Contreres through the kitchen, living room and through the front door and out into the street and called 9-1-1.

Colon's daughter later told deputies she had been seeing Contreres for 18 months but did not tell her father about the relationship. Contreres had sneaked in through a bedroom window at 3 a.m. Thursday to have sex with her, the 15-year-old girl told deputies.

Contreres was found at Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City where he received staples to close cuts on his head. His injuries were not life-threatening, deputies said.

Contreres told deputies a similar account to Colon's. He said Colon came into the room and started swinging at him with the metal pipe. He jumped out of the bed and began running through the home to get away from Colon. Once outside, he jumped on his bike and went home. His sister later took him to the hospital, deputies said.

Although Contreres' father said he wasn't sure whether he wanted to press charges, deputies took Colon to jail anyway.

When I was a kid, I would have expected a can of whoopazz, getting cought in the act an all. I would have expected ta get hit with the first thing the old fart could get his hands on, and I wouldn't cry bout it. Back then the cops would have brought the punk kid back after runnin away, jest in case the geezer wasn't finished yet. What a nation full of bleadin heart cry babies. Take your whoopin like a man for christ sake.

Heres the rules, everyone should know theese all ready, they have been around forever.
1.)In your castel. If you catch your teen son with a teen girl or two, you pat him on the back and offer him a smoke.
2.)In your castel. If you catch a teen boy it the act with your teen baby girl, you may do as you wish, skin him alive, tourture him if you so desire, beat him censeles if thatz your pleasure, do as you will/feel.

Yes its a double standered get over it.

Raul Colon, 45, didn't even know his daughter had a boyfriend -- or that the youngster had been sneaking into the home for more than a year.

First point. Dad needs to be a little more freekin' observant. There is no way I could ever have gotten away with sneaking into my GF's house for over a year without someone noticing.

Second point. If you are going to lay pipe with my daughter, make sure I know who you are. Had he been introduced by the daughter, he'd been in trouble for being in congress, but he would have only been thrown out of the house.

Were I the father seeing an unknown assailant in my daughter's room, I'd probably have given him a whack as well. Assuming the daughter called him off after the first whack, he only gets one.

I suspect he had no idea who he was and gave him a crack on the head. The daughter said "No Dad! He's my boyfriend." prompting dad to cease whacking him again and chasing said boy from the house.

I don't think deadly force would be warranted.

My daughters ass would receive an appropriate kicking as well.

Again, I would like to think I am spending enough time and giving her enough attention that it will be a non-issue.

Me casa, is me casa. If you are in my house (especially in the middle of the night) and I don't know you, you better listen to instructions provided and respond EXACLTY as told!!

When I was growing up it was well known you did NOT bump uglies with Daddy's little girl in Daddy's house, ESPECIALLY when Daddy is home!! Did you think about it... yeah... But did you do it... NO!!

I will say I was also in the service and taught how to take a life I never had to thank GOD, I have been however locked and loaded and squeezing when the COR knocked me down. I have children I would happlily spend the rest of my life in prison to keep them safe from what I percieve as a threat.

I had to chase my under-aged sisters' boyfriend out of my parents house on many occasions after my dad died (she wouldn't have dared pull that on my dad as she would've got it and his parents would have had to deal with a shit storm). My sister wouldn't listen to reason and she ended up pregnant as soon as I moved out. Sometimes you can't stop the inevitable, but you can sure as hell try while you can.

I think there should've been some leniency on the father. I sure he pretty much knew what was going on but it's gotta be pretty hard to control your emotions in such a circumstance. He should've cracked him in the arms or thighs as a good reminder. I'm sure he already had the pipe in hand as a precaution and it'd probably be hard not to use it.

If it was my son I would've given him an "A" for effort (though kept to myself) but called him stupid just the same. It's just as easy to get to know the parents and take the 'business' elsewhere. They think you're a saint and nobody's feelings (or heads) get hurt. The daughter's just as much at fault for letting the guy in. Sure sneaking around is exciting, but it's pretty counter-productive.

That would have been interesting. : D
