Nope, not in another man's house. Now read the WHOLE story. "When he heard noises coming from his daughter's bedroom Thursday morning and saw a stranger standing naked on the girl's bed, he swung a metal pipe. He then chased the teen out the front door and called police." If I saw a naked STRANGER in my daughter's room, he'd be extremely LUCKY to only get hit with a pipe. | ||

Tramp, seriously, if you READ the story at face value, would you honestly tell me that you would NOT have been of the mind to drive what appears to be an intruder possibly attempting to sexually assault your daughter from the premises? Really? If the story is true, and the father believed the boy to be an intruder, he should consider himself very LUCKY he got away with staples instead of a bodybag. Charging him with aggravated assault for driving what appeared to be an intruder from his home? You condone that? Really? | ||

I think the father could tell, easily, what was going on. Having been that teen more times than I care to remember, I'd expect such trysts if i had a daughter... There are many, many wonderful reasons for using violent force against another man... to me, this would not count as one of them. Like I say, the father should feel very lucky for not getting a beat-down at the hands of the kid's dad. The guy's own daughter allowed the poor horny schmuck in, being as it had been going on for such a long period. I am with Tramp as well. To my way of thinking the fault lies (no pun intended) with the daughter. If the expectation is that gentleman callers are not invited to spend the night- she is the one who violated the rules or expectations. I have never understood a man angry with another guy if there is a woman between them. I have always thought that she- the one who is cheating- is at fault... and deserves the repercussions. | ||

It's a well know right in Georgia, therefore it happens very rarely. In Kennesaw county Georgia by law you must own a gun and ammo, how many strangers you think are going into people's homes unannounced? | ||
