I dunno. his new stuff is still good. White and Nerdy is amazing. If you've never been to a weird al show, they are great. Costume changes and the everything.

Don't feel bad, I got the same message Dave and I'm in Ireland right now.

Tried to post it but I'm getting the "Video is no longer available" message

Well, I'll never get those minutes back again. Too bad, because they weren't well spent.

White and nerdy cracks me up everytime!

Some of his stuff has me rolling on the ground, and some sucks. But I would see him live for sure.

I've been to two, now, both at a relatively small venue. He truly is amazing live - IMO, one of the most versatile musicians of the last few decades.

White and Nerdy is freakin' hilarious. No matter how many times I see it, I still laugh out loud.

See me rollin', on my Segway, I know they're all thinking I'm too white and nerdy...and then to top it off, Donnie Osmond is all geekin' out in the background. Man, that's classic.

But that R.Kelly parody - I heard it for the first time in my car (yes, I have the CD) and I about peed my pants. Because I had seen this like half-hour special on this Trapped in the Closet video on like VH1 or something. I was like, jeez, this is some self-indulgent stuff, with no chorus, no point that I could find, and no end in sight.

And I thought wierd al picked up on that perfectly. That part where he repeats like ten times, and we're getting in the car, and I pull out the car keys, and I put them in the ignition, and I'm turning the ignition, etc etc.

But I had never even heard ridin' dirty until the weird al version. When I went to the rapper's myspace page to hear the song, I saw that he had weird al in his friends listing. I thought that was pretty cool.

Not like Coolio.

And I've seen weird al either 3 or 4 times. And every time I go, I walk out completely thrilled. And impressed. So much energy - so much show for your dollar. And just watching his fans is a whole other party. What an interesting mix of ages and social groups!

White and Nerdy

Gotta watch the details - like Seth Green showing off his Action Figures (presumably a joke about Robot Chicken) and Donnie Osmond dancing around like a goober.

I gotta watch the "Trapped in the Closet" video now. I watched it with a friend who was laughing saying that the original is that ridiculous. I think you have to see the original to fully appreciate.

But I think almost everyone can relate to the 5 minute argument over where to go eat.

once you've seen the real video/song you can appreciate the parody that much more.

OK, the whole thing is literally 45 minutes long.

No one will make it.

Here is a "shorter" version of the original "Trapped in the closet"

Just makes weird al's all the more funny.

Al stuff has been great for a long time. I appreciated the new vids but since I don't know the songs being parodied, it looses a little something!

Holy crap! you gotta watch it all the way out. The cops wife had me rolling on the floor laughing. Wait...
Oh god,..... oh god i'm dying!
I can't breath lol
Ok, I can't spoil it.
If you've never watched the whole video you gotta watch past chapter 9. I thought it was a gag, I can't believe this is the real video.

I've got to take a break, I'll have to finish it later.

I can't believe you made it that far on trapped in the closet. I've never made it past part 5. I kinda drift off. . .

White and nerdy though, I'll watch that all day.

"I'm nerdy in the extreme and whiter than sour cream - I was in AV club and Glee Club and even the chess team"

"My ergonomic keyboard never leaves me bored"

Nothing beats a couple of ganstas locking their doors and speeding off because they're trying to get away from Weird Al. Wonder how much of that is based on his own personal experiences.

Trust me it's worth it, go to youtube and start at Ch 8 and watch from there.
It dies back down after a while but I nearly died laughing when "Big Man" popped out of the cabinet.

Absolutely one of the funniest things that I have watched in a long time, those R Kelly videos. I can't believe that he actually thought that those were suppose to be serious songs. Big man is funny but the nosey neighbor and her husband is funny as well.
