What a cool guy, and can he play a six string. Asked him to sign the airbox of my '07XB9R and of course he did. Twice. Something really cool about meeting the fella that designed the bike you ride and has his name on the "tank". |

it's extra cool when the guy is as nice a guy as Erik is. |

also the cool thing is every one knows who designed these bikes, i bet if you asked a random guy on a cbr, gsxr, ninja, or what ever who designed there bike they would not know and if they did they prob can't pronounce the guys name nor will they ever have the chance to meet them. |

I missed Erik's band because I had to work but I went there after work and got to see the Jimmy Van Zant band. Great band and fun time! |

I think I need a vacation, maybe next year. That is so cool. Really, what a truly unique American experience. |

I agree completely with the OP. I was fortunate myself, when he visited the Larz Anderson and gave a lecture.I got in/w VIP pass and met him admiring the displays. Yeah,he signed my X1 flyscreen as well.I'm proud and honored to have met him |

That Larz Anderson night was a halcyon night, great group, perfect venue and a genuinely great bunch of folks. Still ranks right up there with some o f the best BBQ I've ever had. |
