There is just way too much shit going on with that tuono. So many different colors and lines and angles, it looks like chaos. Maybe Im getting old (about to turn 26) but I like a clean, smooth set of lines that my eyes can follow.

I don't like the multicolor Tuono scheme. Stylist is definitely off his schizophrenia medication.

Sorry to pee on your matches but that colour scheme has in use since the first world war!

It's called dazzle camouflage & was used on ships.

Ain't much that's really "new" anymore is there?

History here, http://www.bobolinkbooks.com/Camoupedia/DazzleCamo uflage.html

(Damn we's gettin edumacational here.)

(HFT Transmission) "simple operation with no need for clutch use, allowing sporty riding".

Ooohhhh!!! I've always wanted to try some sporty riding!!

I predict it will be a one model year bike.

Maybe so - stylewise - But It could also become one of the 'zany Japanese cult' machines.

If you are calling it a motorcycle. It is Without a doubt the easiest one to ride.

If it's a large scooter - it stops, tips and handles like SV650.

The HFT is incredible. yep - Comedy name - but high performance automatics here we come.

2 modes of variable ratio automatic (economy or sports) or a 6 speed trip-tronic.

Super comfortable too.

I think it's probably too expensive to be a big seller.

For its purpose the vehicle has merit.

I don't know, I can't see too many people looking for an automatic shifter on a motorcycle. I think it would take much of the fun out of riding. Does seem like a great idea for a beginners bike I guess. But then the $$$ comes into play.
I'm sure the HFT is incredible Honda made it after all.
I like this better:

I suspect most Buellers have recreational vehicles that work as transport - Mainly lifestyle enhancements and toys that you can go to work on.

These things are more about and will appeal to those seeking efficient and easy transportation.

The Tuono, colors aside,is the bike I was hoping for last month.

No offense Dave, but I liked the HFT Spyder better than this Honda.

How could I be offended?

I like the Spyder better too. Getting it back for action photos tomorrow. Yee har.

I liked the Goldwing better as well.

My point is only that the vehicle has merit. As I expected - as urban transport it's very good. As a 'graduation' bike it's very good. I enjoy riding it with it's purpose.

For a hard core Bueller it's a slug. But not all of us have the skill or balls to be so.

Was ridin my mom's Spyder last week. What a surprise at the fun. It rips pretty good and should be flogged before judged.

I like your attitude regarding reviews Dave.

We seem to be at an all time high of reliability, engine configurations, performance, and purpose. When I think back at what was available 15 years ago and compare it to today it makes me happy. Not too much to complain about and many more choices.

Cheers.

Early on I used to think I had to find fault - to make it 'balanced'.

But I realised that Horse Hockey is Horse hockey no matter what the balance.

You end up with things like the gas cap gripe in the TT V Duck comparo - HTFU!
