I've found that around here, all I have to do is put the kickstand down. Surprised myself when it actually worked.

I've fitted Carbon Fiber wheels to one of my bikes.IT no longer trips traffic lights.

It also no longer trips the gate as i leave my gated community.My other bikes do.

I'll try the kickstand routine but haven't disabled the kick stand switch that'll kill ignition.

I have a2X4 in. Magnet under my bike works on some light that have road sensor.

just don't forget to put the kickstand up or this might happen.

Putting the stand down should be OK, as long as you don't let the clutch out, in gear, with the stand down...
