Tracking down a problem on my Uly and this is an excerpt from my other thread...

"This morning I rode the Uly in to work, about a 25 mile trip on major highways. Close to work is a short set of s turns. So upon reaching said s turns I WOT through the chicane at a brisk 50ish mph and at hard lean to the right the bike died and lost all power. I recycled the kill switch and it fired right back up. Now this sounds like a bad BAS".

Is there a way to bypass it until I get a new one? Can I just disconnect it?

How many wires are there to it? Two? If so, I reckon that it breaks the circuit when the bike goes horizontal... Jumping the wires should work. Maybe someone who's done it will chime in...

There are a few that have done it.
There are 3 wires and it is a certain resistance that the computer needs to see, you can search for the break down on it to make a "jumper"

Easiest solution is to turn the BAS off with ECM spy.
