Corporate that in and of itself amazes me. I can remember, not that long ago, getting my first pager. Now you're uploading images from a train. Pretty awesome. My family is trying to get me into the 21st century and got me an ipod for my birthday, which is funny since I got a package of (vinyl) albums in the mail the day before. But it blows my mind how much music and battery life these little things hold for just a gig. | ||

Well I am back home now. Interesting trip this time. I took the newly launched Coast Starlight, got delayed 3 hours in Portland. Then the california Zephyr to Reno, delayed 2 hours near donner pass. In Reno the casino had a water main break, I really wanted a shower that day. Had a rental car company give away my reservation... Drove from Reno to Lone Pine, CA, stopping in Yosemite along the way. Then to death valley where I got stuck in a nasty sand storm, and endured a power outage at Furnace Creek. Then back through Nevada to reno to fly home, where Horizon decided to damage a $750 travel case. They don't seem to be concerned...  Now I am so very tired... | ||

sorry to hear the bad part corp but i hope you at least enjoyed the train. took the bart into sanfran a few years back. that was a pretty cool ride. just taking a train along the west coast would be nice not to mention going up in to oregon and washington. it's amazing i can get better reception with the air card on the road than sitting in my apartment here in greenville. | ||
