Gulf Coast of MS. I lived in Long Beach but am deployed right now and don't know where I'm going to live when I get back. I'm looking at buying a house north of Gulfport or closer to LA, has to be close to I-10 never the less.
I love Mobile's Dauphin Street area, we go down there all the time.

There was a bike night at Krystals at airport/university every Friday night. I'll probably check tonight to see if it's started back yet. Last year I was usually the only Buell there. I rode from there with a group of 600's and a 749 down to dauphin st. They thought it was really cool when my S2 started setting off car alarms on the narrow side streets.

Curtis, that bike night is notorious for attracting major squids and police have been known to show up (be called) quite frequently.
Just FYI, man. Hows that pup of yours?

BTW...The "LA road rash" Rally is going on in Spanish Fort tomorrow(may 31)

I've seen a couple of tubers out here lately, there's an orange / red one that I see on I-10 every so often. I saw it parked on Lakeside Drive Wednesday during working hours, so at least the guy's gainfully employed... It was in a parking lot down at the Govt. Street end on the west side. There'e a green tuber in Pascagoula, the guy's a security guard at a bank. This one has a wrapped header and an aftermarket air cleaner. I've only done drive by's and haven't spoken to him.
Cuda John, I live about 5 minutes from downtown and am an old Mopar head. I've always had B-bodys though...
Curtis, give me a call sometime. I saw that DB 50 is gone...

Cool, I have a 70 'cuda I've been dumping money into the last 6 or so years. Almost ready for the Auto-X track. It's a blown 408 with a Tremec 5 speed, coil-over front end and tri-angulated 4 bar in back with a Dana. 17x8 and 17x9.5's.

I have it at a buddies who restores alot of Mopars, he has a 70 Bee w/ 383, 67 Coronet 440, and my fav, a 69 B5 Blue RR with a 426. I sold him a 70 R/T Chally he's doing now. Hope to have mine at the Battle Ship next year if I'm not deployed again.
When I get back and pick up the new XB we'll have to ride over. What is that Oyster house? Wentzel's???
