Any ideas on decreasing displacement?

Here is one way to get 180 HP, the R&R 155 C.I. EVO engine.

Their dyno page says it will get you a little over 180 HP at 165 FT/LBS of torque.

But, EVO's won't go in Buells. Maybe the guy drove past there one time?
