What do you like about that bike better than the Hypermotard? The 750 is a better engine for a motard than an 1100. And it does not come with the Ducatista's. | ||

Do not get me wrong, I have spent a good bit of time recently up close and personal with the Hypermotard. I have not gotten it on the road yet, but have done my fair share of petting and sitting. The Hypermotard is a brilliant machine! If I were creating my dream machine from scratch, it would be the Hypermotard with a 450 engine without an Italian name. | ||

I've tested a few of those big tards. Not the Aprilia - but some of the others mentioned. What they do for me is make me appreciate how good the Ulysses is. I haven't loaded mine up with 'farkles' so I can ride it almost as extreme as the big tards - and then turn it into a touring bike with a passenger if I want to. | ||

Nice but how much does it weigh?? For me a motard needs to be light. The Hype-tard is too heavy for me. Might as well get an STT. for me I drool over the 3 H's of sumo. Honda FMX650 359lbs ***not sold in US   Husky(BMW owned) 510smr 260lbs  and my fav Husaberg(KTM owned) FS650 628cc 242 lbs  | ||

Talked to the owner of the local Duc shop last night. He is pretty sure they will have multiple motards within the next year. |
