i wont be able to get my cable for ecm spy till the end of the week but i know some brilliant man that might let me borrow his vdst cable to reset my tps.. are they the same?

No they aren't, but I think you can download the VDSTS software so you can do your reset with just the cable.

nope.. . my VDSTS cable wouldn't work with ECMSpy no matter what I tried.

Correct me if I'm wrong...but ECMSpy allows you to remap your ECM? You can do this rather than buying a race ECM?
