anyone know what grit of sandpaper i should use on the primer?

and one other thing..since this is my first time painting..

whats the best way to clean them after sanding the primer. I have mineral spirits but im not sure if it will eat the primer up.

soap and water?

Primer... 320 or 400 will do. I prefer 400.

My upstairs bathroom has now become the gym, as madame keeps putting fitness training stuff in there, latest thing is one of them oscillating platform things.
It shakes the crap out of you.
I'll let you know if it works, I tried to tell her that the vibes from riding a Buell would have the same effect, but she gave me one of THOSE looks, so I shut up & slunk away.

Scuff lightly, but completely with 400, I would clean them with some warm water and dish soap. Use a hair dryer to dry them then final wipe with my bare hands so that I can feel any residue or particles.

Bathroom evac fans are probably not explosion proof so only spray a piece at a time unless the air clears real fast. Wait between coats until a hidden part of the surface is dry enough to touch.
