People should not have to be told to pick up their trash, mow their grass, fix broken windows and whatever else is in the 2003 International Property Maintenance Code, but alas that's my job. As for the bike, we know what's on it and if the mileage is correct and it's in decent shape that wouldn't be a bad starting point IMO. Those types make me wonder how well the thing was cared for, and I wont bother to ask as they may lie to me again. Why not say it has Polished wheels and a custom pipe accurate and honest I could understand some one saying that the PM wheels were chromed honest mistake. I would be SHOCKED if Yoshimura actualy made any thing for Buells.
