have used a Flowmaster for their exhaust?
I'm thinking about rigging up a series 40 muffler.
Is ther anything I should look out for?

I have Flowmaster on bother my trucks, sounds like angry monsters in my driveway.
I want to make another angry monster.

I've heard of someone doing that on the Buell in the past. Might want to run a search on here and see what you come up with.

does it take to change a lightbulb??
Only one, you just stand there and hold it while the whole world revolves around youSorry Ferris, just dickin around......again

Seriously, I was at a local muffler place the other day and seen some really neat polished stainless steel mufflers, several of which Im thinkin, coulda easily been attached to the M2 with minimal fuss. The one stainless muffler that really interested me was a reverse flow, 2.5 in, 2.5 out that dimentionally looked feasable.

If you want loud, Ill sell you my V&H slip on(brand new-intalled, fired up, removed)). Mebey theres no packing in this one as there is very little difference(volume wise) between the open header and the V&H.

Do a search for Latus Muffler. You should find all the info you need.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. I have the latus pipe on mine 12scg. All it is a stainless steel edlebrocke muffler with chin fairing mounts welded to it.
so I say go for it post pics and sound clips.

Are you talking bikes or trucks? If you are referring to trucks, I have a flowmaster 50 series on my F150, sounds great, real throaty, didn't see any difference in gas mileage or power, but it sounds real good.
