I stopped in to my local dealership yesterday to pick up my replacement bags for the Uly and was told by one of the sales staff that because I am their resident Buell Freak, they will be setting up one of their 1125r's for my weight and ergos so I can take her out for a spin soon! I had a couple of free hot dogs while the bags were swapped and rode home in the rain feeling pretty good. Full belly, $1000 worth of free bags, (warrenteed) and the promise of a ride on a great new bike! Cash out of pocket - $0.

Shumate Motosports in Kennewick, Washington.

Another nice thing they did for me; I had some problems with my Uly when I first purchased it resulting in an abnormally long stay at the dealership. After that was resolved, I broke the final drive belt on the Glide-a-Bego. I took it in knowing what it would cost but not interested in tearing apart the primary. When I came to pick her up Gary uttered my favorite phrase- "There will be no charge". Gotta love em!

I was recently surprised when I picked up my new 1125R and bought three new oil filters for under $13 ea. Best price I've heard of on this forum. I thought they should have thrown them in but remembered they did not charge me for setup or transportation on the new bike saving me $526 (320 freight and 216 setup), good enough, and they gave me a nice shirt priced at $35. Still I do not know about their expertise in service but bike was set up fairly correct, no glitches yet. Dealer is South Valley HD/Buell in SLC, Ut. Good people and they have 5 more 1125's if anyone is interested. Bob
