I need a Fairing for my 97 S3T. I found one on e-bay from a 98S2 .will it fit?Can I make it fit? I have a Welding machine.

No such beast as a 1998 S-2,only made in 1995 and 1996.Do you have link to picture so we can tell what its off of?

These are the two fairings on e-bay. Another badweb member told me the S2 wont fit the S3.

Katfish,saw the one that is definetly an S-2,and if you mean the other sorta primer black one that the guy doesn't really know what it is--it's an S-2 also.Check with the guys on (asbn) this is really capitals but I cannot get it to let me type that without automatically making it into Tat's business.And our asbn is American Sport Bike Night .I remember several fairings available.

Katfish, what's wrong with your old fairing? I am doing a repair on mine and I need a one with a good left side so I can remove a part of it to graft onto mine. If your old one has a good left side, would you sell it?

John, My fairing is missing a chunk on the right side the left is good. Another badweb member has offered to give me one that has much less damage for the shipping cost. I will do the same for you if the deal goes through with him. Scott

I sold an s-3 fairing at bob drons spare parts day for $40..whew...what a loss that was...rex
