Hey Kristi,
I was hesitant to volunteer until I was sure I was going to be there so I would not mess up any scheduling.
So far, I am about 95% sure that I will be there, and would like to help out as well as a sweeper. So, if you have a time slot that needs a sweeper, I'll be glad to help out. This would be for Satuday only, as I have to head back to Huntsvegas on Sunday.

HA.. boy, that sounded really 'concrete' didn't it? LOL. "Hey, I'd like to maybe help out if I am there... so, if I make it, I might help out, if I am there." HAHAHA.

Ulywife - is help still needed? I don't know the roads up in the mountains that well yet, but I'd be glad to help out with registration or set-up or something. Can't miss out on the tshirt, and I'd like to do my part to make my first MB run smoothly!

I'm really trying to get all I have to have done in the morning hours.

I wish I could find the formula we used before.

There are two groups of demos, each demo takes 25 minutes, there are X minutes in a shift therefore we need X# of leaders and X# of sweepers.
Seems like we only had to do two runs a piece when we had less leaders/sweepers.

I'm not trying to get out of anything...well maybe I am...but, I don't want to drop out either...

Glitch, thats why I scheduled with so many people so that if someone had to go and do something it would not be a big deal. Dont worry about it. I wanted to keep it as it had been as much as possible and still have a schedule. You guys will have to work out lead/sweep among yourselves when you get there.

How long do they stagger the groups usually? About 10min? And each demo takes 25min? What time are the demos over? 5pm?
(I will used these guesstimates in my formal analysis)
I can sit down and finger out a best-guess schedule based on what we have in the list here.

I'm leading demo rides Saturday and Sunday afternoons, so photo ops will be Saturday and possibly Sunday morning. We'll rally at TWO at 10:00 AM and head about 20 minutes north on 60 to a spot we call Gixxer Corner after Jimmy Gixxer's former gsx-r that met its end in a tree there.



Are there any other photographers in the thread who can take pictures as well?
