I purchase my 04 xb12s new in Dec. 05. Since then it has been in the shop 23 time for warranty work. Now that the warranty is up, i took it to Mancuso 290, because the 610 location was backed up. They are telling me that i need a new wiring harness. That some cut and used electrical tape to put shit back. F!@# that, so i took back over to the 610 location, they accuse me of letting some one else work on the bike. WTF, it was under warranty, why would i do that. 23 time at Mancuso 610, and over eight months and counting of down time in the shop. Got them to give me a print out and everything, but still they are pulling this shit! DO NOT BUY SHIT FROM MANCUSO, Beware of shit everywhere there, boots are required when walking near! | ||

When I was in Houston I took my S2 to an import place... eXimports. There was a guy in the shop, had an accent, english I think, but he was a cool guy and really knew his stuff. Don't hold me to that though as I only had to take my bike there once while in Houston. | ||

If you don't want to do the maintenance yourself, take her to Independence HD & Buell in College Station, TX. The service manager's name is Rick. He'll take good care of you. They've got more than one Buell-friendly mechanic over there. I won't deal with Mancuso either due to the same complaints (shop service sucks). Plus they're always rude to me when I ride up on my Buell. I won't go there anymore even though I too bought mine there in September 2005. |
