Gotta love that kickstarter, of course I'm sure you use the electric most of the time right? I'm in the market for a 1976 CB750F1 if anybody knows of one for sale in good condition shoot me a pm. |

I found one in Cleveland for $600... I bought it. Low mileage, needs gone through, carbs sync'd, swap to electronic ignition and she'll be a blast... |

Love it Brumbear! I had a 78 KZ1000 in high school. Lots of fun on that bike. Almost lost my license too many times to count. |

A good buddy of mine had a new one back in the day, a 1977 KZ 1000. They got to have the loudest turbo like screaming transmission I have ever heard. He had that bike when I bought a new '79 CB750F SS. My 750 ran even with him up to about 110mph. Mine topped at 122, his at 130. He was disappointed that I could keep up, so he spent about $4500.00 in 1979 money, and built a hell of a bike out of it. He knocked off about 150 lbs, racing triple discs, Kirker header, Crusatia fiberglass full racing body kit, pegs, clipons. Then that thing would fly! A stock XB has more race goodies than what was available from anywhere back then! |

1000 77 frame 78 engine... Because of the small diameter cast rear wheel, triple discs, carbs, and JC Whitney seat, I thought you had stumbled upon the very rare 900 LTD. |
