Level III-A is the highest protection available for concealable, ballistic vests. Level III-A protects against most handguns and all the weapons from the previous three levels. It has been worn before, but there are no tears of punctures in the vest or carrier. It also comes with the optional "Second Chance" Titanium truama plate installed in front panel. Carrier is navy blue.
