Author Message   Ulywife Posted on Friday, February 01, 2008 - 02:01 pm:        Starting Monday, I will be employed once again! I have a part-time job with the Winterville Police Department as a Community Policing Specialist (non-sworn). This will be the 3rd police department I've worked for, so I'm in familiar territory. I'm very excited about this new opportunity. Best of all, it's part-time right now, flex schedule (no day care expenses) and the potential to become full-time within 6-12 months. Luke will hopefully be in Pre-K this August, so timing couldn't be better. The chief rides motorcycles, so he understands about our weekend get-aways! His philosophy is do your job, do it well, put your time in and be here when you say you're going to be. Can't ask for more than that! So my Mommy weekend away, March Badness and Buelltoberfest are still on the calendar! Yeah!!!! It will be nice to get back to work, especially since it fits so well with my schedule and work history.
