That is funny and tragic at the same time! That is the second vid with images like that. Apparently they dont have bikes over there that can do a wheelie without a counter weight on the back.

That looks an awful lot like the bike from the video of the previous post. IIRC it was also black and yellow.

That second video with the wheelchair stuck in the front of the semi gave me a flashback to some of the cyclo taxi rides I took in Siagon during the Southeast Asian War Games. Being half drunk always made those a lot easier. I always looked for the motorized cyclos, the human powered ones were just too slow...
