I am sorry how many times has Farve lost to the Cowboys in Texas 9 if you were thinking about it
The Giants are the best road team in football be careful what you wish for.
That being said my COLTS stunk it up. today I wouldn't mind seeing Farve in another super bowl

I can see it now, Brady Vs Favre, battle for the greatest QB of all time!!!!!

Just wait, you'll see. They are gonna make a huge deal out of it, if the Patriots beat the Chargers of course.

There are thousands of New England fans who most definitely want the Pats to win another.
Sometimes, the best team DOES win (17 times so far this season).

That Moron that tipped the Chargers back on day 1 is looking like a genius again.

I switched off to do some work (It was 11am Monday morning here) with the colts up and 4 minutes to go.

ei ie ie.

wow! this sure is going to be a bad season for the Packers! Can you imagine going through a whole season with-out beating the Bears or the Cowboys even once?

you better hope they aren't thinking like that, or the only way they'll see the AFC champ is on TV. like i told WV fan friend of mine who bought his plane tickets to the national championship game 3 days before the Pitt game, never make plans before it happens. never.

Badlionsfan,

+1 on that. I won't count my chickens before they are hatched. Cowboy's should have won.... but look what happened?? Anything can happen in the play-off's...anything. Next week will tell the story. I'd love to see Favre do it one more time.

Did anyone catch T.O.'s tearful press conference? At first I thought he was going to try to absolve himself of any blame for the loss. But then he played "we win or lose as a team card" and actually played it pretty well.

I'm not a Dallas or T.O. fan but that seemed sincere enough. I can look at the guy in a different light for now. I've done harder things. Heck, I've even come to like Randy Moss!

Go Patriots!

Jack

If there is a team left with the firepower to keep up with the Pats in a shootout, its the Pack. If there is a coach left that is smart enough and strong enough in his game plan, its McCarthy (I sure hope they sign him forever this week). If there is a D left that can shut down Moss and Welker, its the Packers'. See the theme here?

They should have lost twice, maybe 3x. IF the Pack gets to the SB, Dam, we on for a rematch of last year's bet??

Hey,uhh, while the Patriots are definately MY team to win. Didn't the Patriots and Packers match-up in a previous Superbowl?
And the Packers won that one? When was it?

You can't deny the Patriots are experiencing greatness with a 17-0 record.

Anything happens in the play-offs. You just witnessed that yesterday. Dallas should have won.Now we face NYG. They have a 9 game win away record. They could derail the Pack. I hope not. If we go to the Superbowl we could beat the Pats.... it can happen. The play-offs bring out the best out of the team and individual's that weren't on top of there game all season but are now.... like the NYG. They are playing well right now.

I love everybody discounting the Giants and Chargers, like they don't have a chance. Pack and Pats better be ready to play and not take it for granted they're gonna win or they're in trouble.

<--- Giants fan. Go Blue!!

Nothing is a given. That's for sure. But Green Bay and New England are hard teams to beat at home. I was rooting for the Giants. More so because I can't stand Dallas. But if Green Bay can run the ball like they did against Seattle, NY doesn't stand a chance. Guess we'll find out Sunday. I PRAY the Chargers beat the Pats. There's another team I can't stand. But they're damn good!

Three quarterbacks - Peyton Manning, Brett Farve and Tom Brady, go to
heaven to visit God and watch the Monday Night game.
God decides who will sit next to him by asking them a question...

God asks Peyton Manning first: "What do you believe?"

Peyton thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, "I believe
in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in
giving. I was lucky, but I always tried to do right by my fans."

God can't help but see the essential goodness of Manning, and offers him
a seat to his left.

Then God turns to Brett Farve and says, "What do you believe?"

Brett says, "I believe passion, discipline, courage and honor are the
fundamentals of life. I, too, have been lucky, but win or lose, I've
always tried to be a true sportsman, both on and off the playing
fields."

God is greatly moved by Brett's sincere eloquence, and he offers him a
seat to his right.

Finally, God turns to Tom Brady: "And you, Tom, what do you believe?"

Tom replies, "I believe you're in my seat."

TOM BRADY IS THE BEST QUARTERBACK EVER!!!!!

Give me a break.lol The guy has a great team as whole. Give him a crap team and see if he shine's....... NOT.LOL

Favre has shown time and time that by carring a team. Favre has a great team and a very young one that nobody thought would get this far. Favre knew he had a great team before preseason at camp and said that televised. Brady is good but he has along road to get to Favre records. Sorry. But nothing against being true to your team. Good for you.
