The plan is to hit up the dragon's tail on the way to Suches from Columbus right?

We should be able to plan it out so we have a gas stop in your neck of the woods and meet up with you. Closer to GO TIME we'll probably set up a thread specifically for joining our caravan, since their seems to be so much interest.

If there is enough interest, there will be a Dragon/ Cherohala ride leaving from TWO on Friday in the am....

There is always interest in that!

The choice I have to make is which one to ride over to get there. Last year we did both on our Friday trip to get there and had to meet people and set up tents after dark.

What is it now Mark?81 days?

Vern, let's leave on Thursday. How about it? P.S., I may go riding tomorrow, Sunday, around 2:00. Darren is going. Will probably be out your way. Depends on if I get my work done.

I'm in Vern mode!

What's everyone getting for range? I'm riding an XB so I'm stopping around every 120 on the interstate as the fuel light comes on. As for the twisties, it's considerably less.

I'm trying to shame BluzM2 into coming down with me. I've never ridden (a motorcycle that is) in the S.E. before.
Since it can still be winter up here at the end of March it will most likely be by trailer though.

Sounds good to me Neal! I actually just got my 5000 mile service at Brandon HD (they were shocked I had an 08 Uly with 5k on it already). Seems to be pretty Buell friendly too. Whats her name? I am sure I will be over there looking at the 1125R : O They were all sold out when last I was there.

From a earlier post,

March Badness is scheduled for Friday, March 28th to Sunday, March 30th. It is hosted by Stone Mountain HD/Buell and the 3%er's. The Buell demo truck will be there and demo rides will take place on Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting.

The demo truck and demo rides are at T.W.O. (Two Wheels Only) in Suches GA. There are cabins available in the area and camping at T.W.O.

It is quiet an event and you will get a chance to ride, meet and hang out with your fellow BadWeBrs.

Once you leave, you'll be planning for MBVI.

OR...

It's an event sponsored by Stone Mountain H-D & Buell.
It's held in Suches GA.
The dealership has the Buell Demo Truck, and offers demos of the new Buells. From T.W.O. north on HWY60 to the Fire Station 6 miles away, and back to T.W.O.
That's the event.
The rest of us have made it an event to remember by showing up to ride and meet people.
It's been going on now for five years, and has gotten bigger every year.
We started out with the 7 members of the old BRAG group The 3%ers BRAGging Rights Club, and the locals doing demos.
Last year there were the 3%ers, and who knows how many Buellers. I counted 80 Buells Saturday night, but since there were so many coming and going there was never a "good" count.
Just think of it as a big party.
Some use March Badness as a starting point for their riding season.
The businesses in the area have started using it as their starting point for their season since the event has gotten so large.
So come join us in the party that is MB-V!
