You may laugh, but when we restored this house I had the electrician put an exterior socket on a dedicated circuit, just under the roof ridge by the chimney. So when I put up the 3'tall light-up father xmas on my roof, (can see it over 2 miles away) I can turn it off & on at the breaker panel! ho ho ho.  | ||
