Can you imagine driving down the road in that thing?
People would pull up next to you and say, "Hey, did you know you've been rear ended by a motorcycle?"

A 600cc cruiser will barely pull itself. What made him think it'd do fine hauling half a car?

I don't think this guy thought the whole thing through.

On the other hand, if you bought it, you could probably part the whole thing out for more than $400.

This is proof positive that people would bid on a turd if it has a picture and a slogan like, "one of a kind".

Actually, people WILL bid on turds. According to the local AM radio station, there is and auction going on on E-Bay for rhinoceros poop. The winning bid gets a rhino turd in a display case; the item is guaranteed to have come from one of 4 types of rhino. Current bid (as of 12-7-07, at about 3PM local) was north of $600. All proceeds going to some "Save The Rhino Foundation" or other, of course.

That's terrible.

The latest Motorcycle Classics rag has a back page story of a late '70's pit bike made out of a kid's tricycle with a motor slapped on it. The thing went 47mph!
