About a month ago, while reading through alot of older posts here, I came across a "Pity The Corner" poster. I think it was an older Buell advertisement. I cant find it anymore. I tried the search funtion but no luck. Any body got a clue as to what Im lookin for??? If so, point me in the right direction.... Thanks Percy |

It was one of the posters used during the roll out of the 2003 XB Firebolt.

Poor Court, he has so much Buell swag that he can't even give each poster its own wall space.

THANK YOU COURT/SPIKE/SPIDEY This place rocks!! Spidey,I can get what I need from Spike's image but thanks for the offer. I find the whole concept of this line of advertising very entertaining. Since joining this website, I have seen some very cool video(youtube stuff) of Buells rippin up the countryside. My plan is to eventually make a video of my "very happenin M2" currently being ripped apart in my basement getting a facelift and some hotrod-mods. Anyhow, thanks again for the image..... Later Percy |

Spike: Take a look and let me know where you'd put the other 100 Buell posters?
By the way . . . the rest of the area you can't see if pretty well filled with more posters and guitar posters. But. . . I've got an idea. P.S. once we get all these 2008 manuals read they're off to the archives. |

Court: Send the excess here: 425 Henwood Ct. Fuquay-Varina, NC. 27526 I doubt I have sufficient wall space for all of them, but I'll do my best. |

>>>>Court, is that a twelve string guitar shown in the picture? It is indeed, it's a Washburn I bought at the same time I bought my son's 40th Anniversay Strat. I also keep an Epiphone 12 string in the living room about to be joined by a Gibson Songwriter 12 or a Taylor LKSM tuned to C# . . jury is out. The guitar on the wall is a Gibson J-40 I bought in Manhattan, KS in 1971. It still has the big dent Livgren put in it after writing "Dust in the Wind" when we were partying. The cork hit the ceiling and slammed into the only valuable thing in the room. Hanging over the Gibson is original sheet music signed by Kerry. It's an addiction. |

+1 Ceiling You can also put an acrylic floor down and have more posters underneath. |

Put them in a flip display like the ones you see at Walmart and some music stores. You could set it up with magnetic latches so you can change which poster you choose to display. |

Actually . . . I just came by a 42" LCD flat panel sort of thingie that I have no idea how to operate . . . be mindful that I am still waiting for the price of VCR's and microwave ovens to soften before I buy . . . But I am thinking of having the posters scanned, mounting this large screen on a wall or over the desk and, when I'm not watching Jimmy Bruno play Jazz Guitar, have a constantly changing display . . . like a wall sized screen saver. May mix in some of my guitar posters as well. . .

I set up old thinkpads to do nothing but run slideshows... nothing to it. It would be easy to package one up in a picture frame as well. Feed the pictures off a shared drive over a wireless network. It sites beside the TV, and gets viewed more. It could drive that LCD display as well, no problem. |
