before my little mishap, were having lunch in blairsville at the hole in the wall. the whole time were there i don't think froggy said ten words. as soon as you put him on his uly this totally different person comes out.

first you have this shy, kinda intreverted person playing with his palm something or another just laying low then you have this ratical on a bike that you would think is to big for him. props to this kid, he has my respect. and once again froggy, sorry to see that you went down behind me.

Thanks guys, I am usually shy around people I don't know that well, but fact we all ride Buells gives me something to open up about and break the ice.

Nevrenuf, again don't be sorry for the wreck. $hit happens, we both are alive to talk about it, hell even though your bike is the one that went in the ditch, it doesn’t even look that damaged. New switches and controls, new turn signal and you will be back tearing up the twisties in no time. : )
Unfortunately repairing the wife mentally isn't as easy, and understandably she is mad, most likely because she almost lost you, not the bike. I'm sure you will work things out and be back to normal in no time.
Quick question, Sanchez mentioned a ticket from the cop, what did he get you for? Interrupting his doughnut break? I can’t think of anything else.

froggy, got a ticket for not maintaining the lane. now i have to decide whether i want to try and fight the ticket or just pay it. i'll send you a pm on that. of course i did push my self a little to much to try and stay in front of you if the truth be known. i am putting that part of the subject to a close though. you on the other hand have a lot of talent for being what 21-22. you need to channel that. i am impressed. and on a uly no less.

I'd fight that ticket. I got one in San Diego years ago for "traveling outside of marked lane of traffic" and beat it.

I got merged out of traffic by a car and the cop that had been several cars back came flying up behind me with hos lights
on. I pulled as far over as I could expecting the cop to go after the guy in the car. NOPE.

I explained what happened and asked what I should have done, let the guy hit me? His response: "I con only ticket
what I witness, if he had hit you I could have done something about it because the other driver would have broken
the law". Of course I asked "What about failure to yield right of way?" but the cop didn't want to hear it.

The Judge was not amused by the cops attitude. The cop did not dispute anything I had to say, he tried to stick to
what he had said to me and the Judge wasn't buying it.

I later saw a show on TV with a bunch of guys riding to Daytona. The judge was on the show riding a BMW.

yea, i saw that one. as far as the ticket is concerned, the insurance co won't hold it against me for not being able to maintain the lane and if i don't have to get anyone else involved then all the much better. just pay the fine and get on with my life. did it for a 101 in a 70. not proud but wasn't paying attention during the labor day weekend.

It still could go on the national registry as a violation and the insurance co. could raise his rates even though there is no points. Thats what my insurance co. told me.

there has to be something in a name, especially one like "jester" for a last name. you and rotzaruk should have spent some time together, i'm sure you could have had people howling. with ed, it's just the way he tells things that makes you laugh. your combacks are way out there.

I thought froggy was pretty talkative and chatty after he refreshed himself. We all were - that was good stuff by mountain standards. I was getting a little cold until I had a jigger of that stuff.

What a night.
