I am having a hell of a time trying to contact anyone there.

Over the last 2 weeks, I've left 4 messages on Leon's phone, 2 messages on the event coordinator's phone, and sent 4 emails to both the customer service address and Leon's address.

Anybody have any advice for me?

You might want to try to contact Sportbike Track Time since they are listed as a partner on the Buell webpage for Mid-Ohio. I'm guessing STT is running the show.

I got one automated response to the emails I sent and no phone calls back (all to PTT).

They run a pretty good show at the track but are a real pain communication wise.

I've had the same problem. I'm registered for 10/4 Inside Pass at Mid-Ohio but I am now no longer able to go. I've been trying to cancel for 2 weeks now. I hope to get my money back one way or another but PTT/SBTT have not yet responded. Anybody interested in my Pass? Isn't it sold out?

Well at least I'm not the only one. But this is a bit ridiculous.

Maybe someone from Buell can contact them and try to get them to get there act together.

Still no response from PTT. They must be very busy. I have called and emailed and they say they will get back to you within 72 hours. Is there someone at Buell that deals with them that we can contact and let them know of the issues?

No word from PTT or anybody. I think they are overwhelmed with the response because of the 1125R demos attracted far more than the usual track day crowd.

Alright. I take back the 'ignorant' and any other mean things I said about them.

They called me today, and were very apologetic, and promised to take care of my issue first thing at registration at the track event.

He said it's been nuts there recently.
