Okay so I go to my local to get the speedo sensor I need. Was told they had it on the phone, dont have it when I get there. WTF? Leave empty handed after being told, We can get it in 10 Days, yeah and I wont hold my breath. Ring up American Sport Bike, voila! 5 days to my door. I'm done trying to support anybody else but American Sport Bike. Really dont know why I didnt call Al first. He and his wife are THE BEST!!! |

Yep! Nothing chaps my hide like driving 60 miles in L.A. traffic, only to be told... Dude, we don't have that. (Chaparral) That was after a phone call, and expressly telling the person that answered I was coming from across town. Never been back to them either. |

Al's Service Trumps all others. His service is fantastic and his knowledge on ALL things Buell is worth the Call Alone! |

Al and his lovely bride are the BEST!!!! They bailed me out earlier this year in a HUGE way. Blown motor (sucked in a bolt really..) on Sunday, bike back on the road the following saturday. I didn't even place the parts order from American Sport Bike until Wed!!! American Sport Bike just plain, flat rocks.. Brad |

American Sport Bike is bar none the best resource a Buell owner has. IMO you should always call them FIRST before ever even thinking about calling a dealer. Even if the part cost a little more the knowledge that Al can provide should you have a problem is well worth any extra costs that might be incurred. I have never got off the phone with Al feeling aggravated like I do every time I have to deal with a dealership. |

Thanks guys! It's customers like you that make our day (and our business, too)... We truly appreciate your words (they put a huge smile on my face!). And we know that without your support, we wouldn't be here, so THANK YOU! Al rode his Uly up to Laguna Seca on Friday, so he hasn't seen anything on the board for a bit... But I'll be sure to point this out to him! Joanne |
