In the past, several here (including me) have stated that customer service at Corbin sucked.
I have a Corbin seat on my S3T. Two of the rubber bumpers failed after a few thousand miles. I just called Corbin today about it. They are sending me new bumpers and rivets via UPS. No charge. The fellow on the phone was very polite and quick to fix my problem. Perhaps someone there has addressed our customer relations concerns. Anyway, a public THANK YOU is in order from me.

Spider,
www.corbin.com has the info you need. I dont think they use any special kind of rivets. You should be able to remove yours, and replace with the same size from any hardware store. Sears always has them too.
