Well... I had to take my 99 X1 in for some work (TPS RESET). Closest dealer to me was TIFTON, GA. Harley Davidson.

I have to give them a BIG +++ 1.

They stayed in contact with me the ENTIRE time. They currently DO NOT have Buells, but the NEW owners JUST got settled in. They have the BUELL sign still hanging and DID state that the WILL have NEW BUELLS coming.

Their ENTIRE staff was EXTREMELY nice and after doing SEVERAL recalls on my bike, I walked out with a UNDER $100.00 charge.

If your in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend them, and they will CONTINUE to have my business.

Ohh... Owner says they have a 1125R COMING !!

Matt,
They did the service on my ULY and they are good. Both of their techs are very good. Albany's service dept is also good. They have always went out of their way to get any of my bikes done on time.

I went to two different Non-Buell HD dealerships, and bought Buell parts. I got wrist pin clips and head gasket "O" rings.

The strangest thing happened, I didn't tell them what they were for and they amazingly had the parts on hand in stock!

Took almost 20 minutes just to find out if they had any buell tires in stock.. Then the price was 40.00 over internet prices and no free install.

Buell sign on the pole. Not a single buell in the store.

I had a good dealership experience just yesterday. This is somewhat unusual because of where I live. There is only one dealership within about 200 miles in any direction. Shumate Motosports in Kennewick, Washington.
I took the Uly in for the BAS recall and Frank, the Buell tech, had the job nicely done in about 20 minutes. Frank told me that the dealership will be sending him to Milwaulke for training on the 1125R soon and that he will be buying one ASAP. The dealership is obviously interested in firmly supporting Buell. Frank is nearly done installing a Super TT tailsection on his yellow Firebolt and it's looking sweeeeet!
It's refreshing to talk to someone who is as passionate about their Buell as I am. Especially when he is the guy working on my bike.
I visited the parts dept and asked to see the new Buell accessory book, like I have every time I went there for the last couple of years, expecting "we don't have one" again and they placed a shiney new book on the counter in front of my suprized face!
Things here in the Great Pacific Northwest are starting to look better and better!

Visited my closest HD/Buell dealer to look for a clutch lever. No joy but I thought I would at least ask ;) This dealer sells the bikes but carries no bling. Only Buell artifact carried is the $4.95 Buell cargo net bungie.... nothing else I have been able to find. No Tees, no hats, no gloves no jackets, just the cargo net bungie.

What a surprise today to see the Uly Triple Tail bag on the wall. $99 and that bag is really nice. It has really slick backpack straps built in behind a hidden panel. It is bigger than I thought. I am giving it a hard look.

I also picked up a pair of the HD Kevlar jeans discounted to $45. Comfy, soft and marginally better protection than just denim.

I've stopped at the Tifton, GA location on a number of occasions both on my bike and traveling with the family. Super nice!!!
