I'm not working because of a broken foot. Can I fake it? I will ride somewhere near work I promise.

I've got the Schwinn lubed up and ready for the Two mile trek.

It never fails. For the last 4 years, it has been raining on "Ride to Work Day." It's not like I was going to ride anyway (bike is for sale), but it's the principle of the thing. However, I did ride to work every day the week before, so I guess that makes up for missing today.

For the first time in a long time I drove to work today. I pulled my bike out of the garage this morning, it was storming so I put on my rain gear, and as soon as I started the bike, a tree fell in my neighbors yard. I quicky rolled back into the garage and brushed the dust off my car keys.

Well it was cloudy this morning so all of the HD riders didn't ride....there was a 50 % chance of rain. Had the parking lot to myself.

Like Erik said Buell riders ride their bikes.

My Buell is the only bike in the parking lot today... there is usually 8 imports and 2 Harleys out there.

50% chance of not raining : ) Besides, I am not water soluble...

My ride in consistented of getting pulled out in front of by a truck painted completely orange with two black stripes running down the center and an big bar and sheild on the door! Then since I was getting on the interstate about 200yds later, after I used the other lane and got around him, I had to slow down and he/she didn't bother to slow down, basically tried to run me off the road. Not a big deal I guess just thought it was funny that it was on a so called ride to work day and the truck was painted up like it was. Got to work and the usuals were there. two buells, mine and anothers, a couple of hondas and the Bimmer that's always there, through most of the year....

My ride consisted of 25 minutes to the entrance of the mill and a rather "spirited" pace back. I beat the rain by 5 minutes.
