It's kinda wet here in the UK...

Not too bad in Stafford although the playground at the bottom of the hill is submerged, and the six-figure improvements to the local SSSI to prevent the marshland drying out have resulted in it becoming an inland ocean - we got waves, seagulls, fish, everything

Global warming is obviously a complete lie : )

The weather here in North East England is like November! Cold, Windy and as wet as a very wet thing.

It only does this because it's Wimbledon fortnight again.

Roll on July : )

Oh my God, Matt!
You've gone and done it now.

You've implicated Global Warming. Let the bickering begin. I predict that this thread will end up on the backfire board within oh.. let's see.... about 25 posts from now..

On the other hand, here in CA, USA it has been a great weather year so far. My family in Norway on the other hand.. they just about got flushed away this past week in all the rain.

Cheers Asbjorn

I heard that they were evacuating people in California because of forest fires? You could do with some of our water.

It's been like a tropical rain forest here in East Texas. We're already ten or more inches above average rainfall accumulation for this time of year. Everything is still nice and lush green.

Up overlooking our area we had a fire started in the Tehachapi mountains - a few thousand acres.

South Lake Tahoe - a few hundred homes gone.

I say god is punishing us for riding too many 4-cylindered motorcycles.

(and eating okra)

(How's THAT for a hijack?!)

Stafford's spectacular new lake:

The town is gridlocked because two of the four roads in-and-out are flooded

Hey 12r, no wonder you are flooding over there, according to my maps, it looks like you are right next to a big lake of some sort.
