Im trying to find a place to sleep for thursday night. if anyone can provide a couch i'd appreciate it. im riding my bike from vegas to iowa. id rather meet new people than just get a motel room and sit there alone and bored.

lol, you guys should see the bike, i have a giant joe rocket pass. seat bag on it. and because it makes it impossible to wear my backpack i always wear, i put my backpack on the tank, all securely fastened. im in a little recess between two bags. ill take pics once im on the road tomorrow and post up in the appropriate section of this site. wish me luck!!!!


and if anyone wants to meet up on my route to ride some scenic areas post up! i have my laptop loaded up and will have internet connection 90 percent of my stops to keep up on my badweb.

in st george utah now, eating some dennnys and leaching off of travelodges wireless internet. so far so good. weather is PHENOMENAL! mountains and turns and mountains oh my!! i love the "mountain grades and sharp turns next 9 miles"

WELL, thanks soo much for the offers guys and gals. im in Vail right now at a holiday inn. wanted to make it to denver, but it got too dark and cold and started lightninging. so tomorrow morning im up at 5 and will be in iowa by 1 or 2. heres some pics guys...

hillside in denver outside of grand junction on fire, helicopter was dropping water on it. there was 2 houses underneith it they were trying to save. and an oil drilling rig right behind it....
