My low beam bulb took a dump this weekend while I was at Rolling Thunder XX. No big deal. I stopped at the local Buell/HD dealer to pick up a bulb and be on my way. STOP LAUGHING!! I should have known the wouldn't have it in stock but I tried. So, off to Pep Boys to pick it up. Got the H7/55 watt bulb and got my handy dandy Buell tool kit out to change the bulb. I should have known that the screwdriver that came with the kit wouldn't fit in the access hole on the Uly. WHAT A PAIN IN THE A$$ | ||

I sure hope that NVG's have gotten a LOT better since I was in. Our Amtracks had a POS periscope that was like looking into a fish tank that had a real bad algae problem. | ||

I take it the Uly isnt a Torx fitting ? I use the long end of the torx in the hole, and take the bit out of the screwdriver to use it as a cheater bar to get leverage on the 'short' end of the torx |
