This just in my email from Glendale HD/Buell - yep, it's ANOTHER TRACK DAY!

For those who missed the last one, for those who just NEED another - you can't miss it.

We'll have all our usual support crew with tools and typical spares - so come on out!! We always bring our tools so we'll have everything there you'll need to make any adjustments, replacements, repairs. Leave your tools at home and come on out!

Ask any questions - here or PM.

Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale invites you to join us for a track-day on the Streets of Willow Springs on Monday, June 25th. We will be joining our friends at Hypercycle for a day of riding, instruction, education and some friendly sport riding on one of southern California’s best tracks. With over 15 turns in 2.5 miles of looping asphalt, the Streets of Willow Springs has a little bit of everything from sweepers to chicanes and a banked 180 degree turn.

If you have never participated in a “track day” before, the first thing you should know is this is not a race. The day is an opportunity for you to enhance your skill level in a safe, predictable and fun environment. You will learn more about you and your motorcycle in this one day than in months or even years of riding on the street.

The group will be split into 3 groups, whichever you prefer to participate in: Novice, Intermediate and Expert.

Requirements:A full face helmet
Full finger gloves
A full leather suit, or leather or Gortex pants and jacket that zip together. (Suit rentals are available at the track if you don’t have one.)
Boots (over the ankle)
Good tires
All lights/turn signals must be taped (this can be done at the track)

In order for your track experience to be as safe and enjoyable as possible, we recommend that you replace your tires and brake pads if they have not been changed lately. You will be using them both a lot! Our parts experts can walk you through the many tire options we have available. Don’t wait for the last minute.

Registration Info: Register at www.hypercycle.com. When completing the forms online, enter “racer” in the Discount Code, and type in “Buell of Glendale” in the box immediately above the discount code. The price will be $112.50

If you have any questions or concerns at all, please contact Mario at 818 246-5618 ext 109, or email me at Mario@glendaleharley.com

We hope to see you all there!

Your friends at Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale.

I might be able to make this track day.
I'm working that night and might be able to take it off.

I've been wanting to go to Willow for some time. Even just to watch!

Mark,

That'd be cool!

We'll all be bringing out some pop-up shades in addition to tools - so we should be able to have nearly enough shade for everybody.

Look for the Black Glendale HD/Buell shades

This'll be serious fun!

Peter - it'll be good seing you again! I don't need to warn you - it's too late, you're already addicted!

Yeah - like Peter said... it's the "Delayed Onset Flu" sometimes doesn't hit you for nearly 6 weeks. Kinda unpredictable like that.

I know where you can go to get treated.
