No electrical power on m2-I think I might have left R. hand/ignition on button 'on'--also,what is the purpose for that thing anyway aside from enabling ignition;why not
just turn key on and pop the yellow switch?In certain stressful situations ,really hard to remember when, i.e,when some gals boyfriend is chasing me...

Just leaving the kill switch in the "run" position won't drain the battery - it must be something else. How old is the battery? Is it charging?

Here is a link to a thread with Reep's excellent electrical system trouble shooting tutorial and some other enlightening posts. It will take you through the basics of the trouble shooting:

The problem will usually boil down to a dead battery, a bad alternator, or a bad voltage regulator and the article will let you figure which it is.
