I had never even heard of these bikes until recently.
They seem to be a small up-and-coming motorcycle company.
This will be a 2008 model
It has a 650 V-twin (the same motor used by Fischer)
The Hyosung GT650x

The biggest thing is price...
The current Hyosung GT650 has a msrp of $4999
The GT650x shouldn't be much more.

Cheap track bike.
I wonder if it has enough power to keep up with an SV.

That's actually pretty cool. Most experts have described them as an unrefined, buzzy SV650. That's not so bad.

It's korean and the have been around for awhile.

The Hyosung motor company was actually building engines for suzuki but had a no export restriction on those motors.

The also make a 650 cruiser...

I read a review of the GT650 about a year ago. The Suzuki SV650 was much more bike, and not that much more. They said the typical stuff about a Korean make, harsh motor, weak shifter, some fit & finish issues. Other than that, the bike was a competent motorcycle.
