Noooo, really? I thought for sure the plastic knife was legit!

Sadly, I HAVE seen a video in which some psychotic individual actually tied off his nuts and proceeded to hammer them off with a blunt hatchet.

I read an account of an individual's successful attempt at castrating himself. He ended up in the emergency room and then a psyche ward for a bit. Didn't sound like fun but he seemed happy about losing his "burden".
