Is there a shortage of 07 Buell models or my local dealers just getting slacker than ever? I've been to Lowcountry HD/Buell 6 or 8 times since July; as of last weekend they still don't have a single 07 model in stock. I stopped by the new HD/Buell mega-store, Thundertower HD/Buell near Columbia, SC yesterday and they don't have any either-two 06 Blasts and a 06 Uly is their total Buell inventory. (At least they had an 07 XB12R a couple of months ago.)

I fear the little bit of support these dealers had for Buell is waning. How about the rest of you- do your dealers have plenty of 07's on the floor?

Cool. My daughter goes to school at MTSU; maybe she'll go by and take some photos of the XBRR for me.

1 each XB12R and XB12S and about 5-6 '06
bolts. Last week end they had the Buell Demo fleet there and were blowing '06's, as well as offering a 15% discount on all things Buell. It's Port Charlotte
H-D/Buell in P. C. Florida. They are very Buell friendly, staff in sales, parts/Accesories and several mechanics are Buell enthusiasts and own Buells. Owner rides a CityX and his son, the sales manger, rides a XB12R that is full carbon with a Revolution Performance kit. It's a hands on family run business and Armon the owner actually grills the complementary dogs & burgers on Saturday's.

I've had several dealing with them in the two years they've been in business and each time they have delighted me. A few examples of how they do that..

1. They always make me feel welcome when ever I call or enter the building

2. They are very flexible in there dealings.

3. They will schedule appoints for service so that I can I wait.

4. They traveled 30+ miles to pick up the bike when stranded with a flat tire late on a Saturday afternoon, 30 minutes prior to closing) and did NOT charge for the tow.

5 Parts seem to be available and orders are usually filled within a week. When parts arrive they call promptly to let me know.

6. Side stand recall was scheduled and completed within a week. I bought the Uly used and did not receive a recall notice but initiated the recall on my own with them

7. TPS reset W/O charge when I asked to have it done shortly after the 5K service,

8.They damaged a rim when mounting the tire and AND CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW and offered me several means of compensation. I opted for a deal that would benefit me and did not cost them anything (large purchase of P/A at dealer cost).

9. They offered to drive me home when they found problems on the H-D during a routine service.

Oh yea, they also service my H-D, and I have NOT bought a bike from them. They have gained my trust and I feel as though we have a partnership.

Sorry for the rant but I'm as enthusiastic about this dealership as I am about my Buell. Thanks for listening!

Augusta GA Harley Davidson has three or four of them. Not to far from Columbia.

Seminole HD/Buell in Orlando area has at least 2 that I know of a XB12r & XB12s in Cherry Bomb, I just bought an 07 XB12Scg to replace the 07 black xb12Scg that was totaled as a result of my recent encounter with a little old lady who couldn't drive (chronicled previously here). So that's at least 4 - haven't checked the 12X or 12Ss inventory.

Meaning what he had in stock, or all that they have on order for the rest of the year? I can't believe they would sold out for all of the 07 model year already.

We have one 2007 Xb12 Firebolt in stock. It's the yellow w/ black wheels and it looks freakin' awesome. The tank emblems are rubberized and have a graphic across them.

Thundertower had one of the 2007 yellow/black Firebolts in stock during their grand opening celebration in August, but it was gone this Sunday. It did look sharp.

Alright, so maybe there aren't that many 07's out in the dealerships yet?

Tim, when did the 07 come in? I haven't even seen one in person yet?!?! Don't let Mikey and Kyle drool all over it, or rather try not to take it out for too many 'test rides'

Maybe Court or an Anony will chime in- SHOULD our local Buell dealers have a few 07's in stock by now?

Court, I asked a salesman at Low Country ~2 weeks ago if they were going to get any 07 Buells in. He responded: "Yea, we've got 1 (one!) at our dealership in Myrtle Beach." I told the guy I wanted to try out the seat on the 07 Ulysses. He says "Oh, we don't have a Uly yet", and he didn't hazard a guess as to when they'd get one. I thanked him and told him I'd check back in later.

I don't YET have the cash burning a hole in my pocket, but I expect to before Christmas, at which point I will get more imperative with my inquiries.
