...a sport-tourer that is.

A air cooled twin ST bike can be a reality.

I would love one of these.

Elastic frame? I wonder what that is about?

Great lookin' bike.

the 1st true sport bike I rode back in the 80's was a Lemans that belonged to my room-mate's friend. He didn't know I was riding it- he would need 4 wheels for whatever and would trade the bike for the day for my room-mate's truck, and I would trade my 68 Charger for the Guzzi!
Since then I have always considered getting a Guzzi. The Buell won out because I was concerned about parts availability and other "unknowns".
A favorable review of Norge has been in Cycle World, in fact they seem to like all of the newest generation of MG's.

About the only thing that would make me shy away from the Norge is price. Expect it to be about $15k+ ...but if money were not a problem.

Debueller, i could be wrong but the elastic frame is probably just a translation issue. They probably mean movable, as in a swingarm as opposed to the rigid tail motorcycles. Just a guess.

I'm guessing "Tuned Flex" like the MotoGP bikes. When leaned over in a turn, your shocks and forks do precious little to absorb bumps, but if the frame were tuned to flex and recover, and that were somehow dampened, it would serve the same purpose at extreme lean angles...

Where have you been? The Norge has been released a year ago and has been extensively tested in all the magazines over here. The general verdict is...nice but no BMW : (
Now if you want to see a NEW MotoGuzzi here is the new 1200 Sport....

Very nice too : )

Initial tests have basically said it is a good bike although more of a grand tourer than sports bike. The UK press are pretty blinkered when it comes to 'sports' bikes though. Anything other than the latest Japanese full on 200bhp missile doesn't count as a sportsbike here : (

Interestingly, it shares more in the chassis department with the 1100 Breva than the current V11 Sports, and doesn't have the fully adjustable upside down forks either : (

Same on this side of the pond.
Kind of makes it all the sweeter when they get their asses handed to them when we're in the mountains.
