what a GORGEOUS day in southeastern WI and northern IL today. got yanked out of bed by a phone call from 2 chicago friends who were riding out by madison (a BMW and an old H-D). met them in jefferson, WI, rode to elkhorn, WI for lunch, then to lake geneva, and down into IL, south and east til we hit glenview IL where they continued toward chicago and i turned around and got on US45 north in IL (started getting dark and colder), so i hightailed it to 94 and hauled a** home. 250 mile day with most of it in the mid-70 degree temps - in october! beautiful. and my FIRST ride on my street bob this year : ) anyone else get on the road today? LOTS of bikes out! D | ||

Us New England (ma,ri,ct) Boys had a fantastic weather day today. Little cold in the A.M. when meeting for breakfast, but 70's for the rest of the day. Great twisties most of the day... was very nice to get out and enjoy the weather for sure. we don't have much more nice weather days left out here, i will ride till the first snow fall and call it quits after that till they clean the roads again in the spring. | ||

That is a pretty sweet ride there dana. Them packers are off to a tuff start this year. Brett has not been the same since his dads passing it seems. hope to see them get out of the slump they are in. | ||

You got that one right. Brett's B-Day today...37. I think he's a great man and player but retirement is something he should have done. The packers need to rebuild with a new QB. Todays game was actually a good game until the last minute. | ||

...It's 63 here right now at 23:07. Gonna be a cool night. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- We have been spoiled the last couple days with weather in the 70's. 63 is cool for you but it will be our high temp the next few days with lows in the upper 40's. Rode a good part of today till I had to come home for some window installation's on the home. Great Twisty roads here on the RI,MA,CT. lines.
