The other day I had my 9s running on the stand, and I noticed that on the low beam head light right where all the heat is focused in the center there were little bubbles and small lines that looked like cracks. I felt the head light for the first time and realized how much heat the light puts out. Has any one else noticed this on their bikes?

Jasoblue,
I have almost 4000 miles on my xb9s and haven't noticed anything like that but I will check now that you said that. Thanks, I will keep you updated
